Individual Counseling

In individual sessions, clients will work one-on-one in a safe, caring, and confidential environment.

 what's included?

  • Sessions can range from 30 minutes to 2 hours.

  • We will go over your medical history and ask about your overall health.

  • Help you to build confidence, which will make you more comfortable as the sessions progress.

  • You will learn more about the therapist’s style of treatment.

Couples & Family Counseling

Couples therapy sessions I create a safe, neutral and confidential space for you and your partner to explore your relationship. Family counseling sessions aims to address psychological, behavioral, and emotional issues that cause family problems and help gain a healthier relationship.

 what's included?

  • Gain tools on how to work as a couple. 

  • You and your partner can be encouraged to express your feelings and past experiences together.

  • Helps family members to overcome painful periods like a significant transition, substance use disorders, or mental health problems..

  • You can address all issues that affect the family unit
