In my spare time I enjoy  spending time with my family, traveling, meditating and listening to music. My passions for the mental health profession stems from helping people and assisting them in fulfilling their goals.

I am very committed and pride myself on constantly working to improve my therapeutic skills with new and innovative techniques. I have worked in various areas of the profession from children through geriatrics with over 16 years of experience. .
